David Roe spoke at the Fall 2006 Illinois State Bar Association Continuing Legal Education Law Ed. On October 9th at the UBS Tower in Chicago, Illinois, David presented Bad Faith and the Claims File. This seminar focused on the factors that give rise to bad faith claims handling, the actions that lead to a finding of good faith claims handling and discoverability of claims material. This seminar was presented again on November 10th in Collinsville, Illinois.
