Stern Spoke At PLRB/LIRB Eastern Regional Adjusters Conference

On June 12 and 13, 2007, CM Partner, Robert A. Stern (New York/New Jersey), presented a seminar at the PLRB/LIRB's Eastern Regional Adjusters Conference. Robert's seminar was titled: "Thorny Issues with the Businessowners Policy." The Seminar addressed the new BOP form, legal trends and issues which may arise in the future; they also discussed differences between the new and older versions of the BOP form.
