On October 21, 2009, at noon, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC's) Head of Mediation, Ms. Mary Manzo, and the Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR's) General Counsel, Ray Luna will speak on mediation and dispute resolution at Clausen Miller.
