Rauchwerger Speaks On FTCA Litigation At NASP 2011 Annual Conference

On November 8, 2011, CM Partner, Dean S. Rauchwerger, spoke at the NASP 2011 Annual Conference, on "Federal Tort Claims Act: Critical Insights, Emerging Issues & Practical Strategies for Establishing FTCA Liability on the United States." Dean discussed critical insights and practical strategies for developing FTCA claims. The program addressed FTCA elements and defenses, most heavily litigated exceptions, procedural requirements, recurring FTCA claim scenarios and hot issues.
