Stern and Rauchwerger Engaged in a Products Liability Discussion

On January 28, 2008, CM Partners, Robert A. Stern (New York/New Jersey) and Dean S. Rauchwerger (Chicago), generally presented to and more specifically engaged in a discussion regarding Product Liability Law with "the world's largest independent provider of claims management solutions to insurance companies and self-insured entities, with a global network of more than 700 offices in 63 countries." The Discussion was held in the Toronto, Canada branch.
The Discussion focused upon various areas of Product Liability law, from both a Plaintiff and Defendant perspective. Burdens of Proof, Damages and various other subjects were addressed.
