Stern And Markovich Present Subrogation Seminars

In October and November, 2011, CM Partner Robert A. Stern (New York/New Jersery) and CM Associate Virginia M. Markovich (New York) presented a Subrogation Seminar to two (2) different Insurance Companies. The Seminar was an interactive program of a single case study. The Seminar addressed many issues related to adjusting, investigation, evaluating, valuing, litigation, and comunication with outside counsel. The Seminar also addressed various problems that may arise in a contested recovery matter, which even the most experienced claims professional and attorney may miss.
