Stern (New York/New Jersey) and Senior Associate, Danielle Sullivan Kaminski (New York) presented a seminar to the attendees of the Property Loss Research Bureau/Liability Insurance Research Bureau's Central Regional Adjusters Conference held September 9th and 10th, 2008. Mr. Stern's and Ms. Kaminski's seminar entitled, "Thorny Issues with the Commercial Property Policy" addressed various provisions of the Commercial Property form, legal trends, and issues which may arise in the future. In addition, they applied certain policy provisions to specific fact scenarios. The Seminar was well attended and received "outstanding" reviews.
