CM Partner, Robert A. Stern (New York/New Jersey) presented a seminar at the PLRB/LIRB's Central Regional Adjusters Conference. Robert's seminar was titled: "Thorny Issues with the Businessowners Policy." The Seminar addressed the new BOP form, legal trends and issues which may arise in the future; also discussed were differences between the new and older versions of the BOP form.
