Stern & Kaminski Spoke at PLRB/LIRB Central Regional Adjusters Conference

CM Partner, Robert A. Stern (New York/New Jersey) and CM Senior Associate, Danielle Sullivan Kaminski (New York), presented a seminar at the PLRB/LIRB's Central Regional Adjusters Conference. Robert and Danielle's seminar was titled: "Thorny Issues with the Businessowners Policy." The Seminar addressed the new BOP form, legal trends and issues which may arise in the future; they also discussed differences between the new and older versions of the BOP form. The Seminar was very well attended and received "outstanding" reviews.
