Diego Corapi Of CM Europe's Rome Office Presents At International Arbitration Seminar

Clausen Miller Europe's Diego Corapi co-presented on the topic of Applicable Substantive Law: Evidence Of A Fact Or Iura Novit Curia? at the ICC International Court of Arbitration and the Istituto Superiore Di Studi Per l’Arbitrato (I.S.S.A.)  seminar in Rome on 5 February 2010. The Seminar's theme was “The Taking of Evidence in International Arbitration”.
