Stern & Kaminski Spoke at PLRB/LIRB Eastern Regional Adjusters Conference

On June 3 and 4, 2008, CM Partner, Robert A. Stern (New York/New Jersey) and CM Senior Associate, Danielle Sullivan Kaminski (New York), presented a seminar at the PLRB/LIRB's Eastern Regional Adjusters Conference. Robert and Danielle's seminar was titled: "Thorny Issues with the Commercial Property Policy." The Seminar addressed various provisions of the CP form, legal trends and issues which may arise in the future; they also applied certain policy provisions to specific fact scenarios. The Seminar was very well attended and received "outstanding" reviews.
