Hoey Speaks at PLRB LIRB Claims Conference

James (Jim) Hoey, a partner at Clausen Miller PC Chicago office, spoke at the 2009 PLRB/LIRB Claims Conference, held in Seattle, Washington on March 23-25, 2009.
