Hemingway Speaks At The 5th Allianz Reinsurance Forum 2010

CM Partner J. Ryan Hemingway presented Developments in Product Liability in the U.S. & China at the 5th Allianz Reinsurance Forum 2010 in Singapore. The forum was a two-day event addressing "The Insurance Industry in Asia, What's Next?" Mr. Hemingway focused his presentation on China's new tort law, which took effect on July 1, 2010, and its significant expansion of product liability in China. The forum was attended by Insurance and Reinsurance executives from all over the Asia-Pacific, as well as from parts of Europe and the U.S. Mr. Hemingway is based in Clausen Miller's Shanghai office.
