Stern & Rauchwerger Presented Products Liability Seminar

On March 20, 2008, CM Partners, Robert A. Stern and Dean S. Rauchwerger, presented a continuing education seminar to many claims professionals at one of the nation's largest excess and surplus (E&S) and specialty lines carriers, with annual sales of over $2 billion in premium. The Seminar, “Product Liability: Nuts and Bolts,” covered various statistics, elements, causes of action, targets, damages, recalls, and strategies and defenses. The attendees received continuing education credits. The client stated: “It was great.
