Builder's risk continues to grow more complex with more claim's investigations concentrating on types of coverage applicable, their exclusions, periods of indemnity and soft cost claims obtainable. It is imperative that any attorney addressing builder's risk claim understand how their policy works with the facts surrounding the loss.
Mr. Fitzpatrick discussed builder's risk policy exclusions in addition to typical exclusions and case law which addresses these exclusions.
