CME provides legal services primarily to the insurance industry. Partners include members of London-based Clausen Miller, L.L.P., Paris-based Tetaud-Lambard-Jami & Associés, Rome-based Studio Legale Corapi (www.studiolegalecorapi.com) and Brussels-based van Cutsem-Wittamer-Marnef & Partners (www.vancutsem.be). Studio Legale Corapi specializes in insurance and other litigation, corporate and commercial law, international law and arbitration proceedings. Senior partner Diego Corapi, who is a professor of commercial and comparative law at the University of Rome La Sapienza, was a member of the Italian insurance industry authority ISVAP, from 1988 to 1997, and chairman of the board of SanPaoloVita SpA, the leading Italian bank assurance company, from 1999 to 2004.
