Clausen Miller LLP is located at the heart of the insurance district in the City of London.

Primarily an insurance/reinsurance litigation and dispute resolution firm, we also have a commercial litigation practice.

We are best known for our coverage advice, liability defence and subrogation work for London Market and international insurers and reinsurers. 

Multi jurisdictional mediation and arbitration are particular specialisms.
Since our launch in July 2002, our reputation and headcount have both continued to grow steadily.
