Clausen Miller Partner Dean S. Rauchwerger and Associates Michael S. Errera, Allison K. Ferrini and John F. O'Brien published a further article in their Daubert and fire/explosion series. "The Daubert Tango: Rrecent Developments In Fire and Explosion Litigation," was published in the Fall 2009 Subrogator.
