Transportation Cargo And Warehousing Losses

This course will analyze how to understand who the proper parties are in a Transportation or Warehouse Loss, as well as each parties’ potential liability and/or defense(s). Further, the course will recognize which law will apply (i.e., Carmack Cogsa) and the basic important points of the law. Identifying insurance coverage and liability issues, understanding and applying burdens of proof and defenses as well as recognizing and addressing damage issues will be reviewed.
