Jumping Over The Evidentiary Hurdles To Victory aims to provide attendees with an in depth understanding of the concept of “evidence” and “relevance” from a litigation viewpoint. Appreciating the scope of lay and expert testimony, direct and cross examinations and gaining a general understanding of various common objections are reviewed. The course concludes with a segment regarding how to understand concepts and rules related to the use of documents and other tangible things as “evidence.”
