Attorney-Client Privilege And Work Product Doctrine

In this course, attendees will gain an understanding of 9 different types of Privileges and learn to identify, understand and differentiate between Attorney-Client Privilege and Work Product Doctrine. The concepts, theories, and applications of Attorney-Client Privilege and Work Product Doctrine Exceptions will also be reviewed.
