Subrogation: Initial Recognition, Roadblocks And Strategies

Subrogation: Initial Recognition, Roadblocks And Strategies will teach attendees how to recognize and identify subrogation potential. Analyzing and addressing contract and policy provisions dealing with subrogation limitations will be reviewed as well as how to recognize and anticipate potential defenses and develop arguments to overcome those defenses. The course concludes with a discussion regarding formulating and presenting strategies in further recovery.
