Additional Insured Targeted Tender Issues And Other Legal Considerations Affecting Strategic Coverage And Litigation Determination

This particular course will review additional insured and targeted tender coverage issues. An update on Kotecki issues affecting employer contribution liability and coverage determinations under Illinois law will be given and reviews of Walmart v. Dukes and other class action cases before the US Supreme Course will be discussed. The course concludes with a review of the Illinois Supreme Court and its treatment of recent coverage and tort issues and the climate in the trial courts.
Additional Insured Targeted Tender Issues And Other Legal Considerations Affecting Strategic Coverage And Litigation Determination is approved for three hours of Utah, Wyoming, Georgia, Massachusetts, North Carolina, Oklahoma and Texas Continuing Education credit. A variation of the course is also approved for one hour of Utah, Delaware, Massachusetts, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Wyoming and Texas Continuing Education credit.
