Miscellaneous Issues Of Interest Relating To Property Insurance

In this course, the licensee will develop a more comprehensive understanding of what constitutes “bad faith” in an insurance context, the best practices to implement regarding the keeping and maintaining property claim files, legal and claims handling issues that arise when taking an Examination Under Oath, coverage issues often present in an earthquake and/or tsunami claim, issues regarding insurance claims involving green building insurance, damage, and repairs, and recent case law regarding claims and coverage for consequential damages, vacant buildings, and collapse of buildings.

Miscellaneous Issues of Interest Relating to Property Insurance is approved for two and a half hours of Texas Continuing Education credit and two hours of Florida Continuing Education credit.
