Experts: The Nuts And Bolts

Know when to hire an expert and what type of expert to hire. This course gives attendees an understanding of Daubert, Frye and what is required in an expert report/ disclosure. Further, attendees will learn what to consider when deciding who experts should report to. Additionally, the course contains a review of the difference between consultant/ non-testifying expert and experts, expert reporting and expert testimony, as well as best practices in dealing with experts.
