This course will identify issues, problems and personalities that can affect a negotiation or mediation. It will also identify things not to do in a negotiation or mediation.
Alternatives To Litigation: Negotiation And Mediation is approved for two hours of Florida, Oklahoma and Texas Continuing Education credit. An alternate two hour version is available for Texas and Florida Continuing Education credit.
