Product Liability: The Nuts And Bolts

The goal of this course is to provide attendees with the ability to understand and differentiate between Manufacturing defects, Design defects and Warning defects. Attendees will also learn to identify, understand and differentiate specific causes of action and liability targets. Analyzing and applying various strategies to prosecute and defend Product Liability actions will also be reviewed. The course concludes with a discussion regarding the appreciation and understanding of the specific defenses and uses of experts in Product Liability actions.
