This course will review the types of motions that may be filed throughout the pendency of the case in either a casualty or coverage action; the types of strategic motions and their purposes and objectives, and the factors/observations to consider for the various types of motions.
Winning Through Motions And Setting The Stage If All Fails is approved for one hour of Texas, Florida, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Wyoming and Utah Continuing Education credit.
