Marmor Authors Chapter in Book, "The Surety's Indemnity Agreement--Law & Practice."

Clausen Miller partner Randall I. Marmor authored a chapter, entitled “Complementary Provisions of the Surety’s Indemnity Agreement,” which appears in the book, The Surety’s Indemnity Agreement—Law and Practice, Second Edition, published by the American Bar Association. He was also a speaker at the ABA’s symposium on the Surety’s Indemnity Agreement, May 8-9, 2008 in Kansas City, Missouri. He addressed “Waiver and Non-Waiver of Rights” under the general agreement of indemnity.
