Clausen Miller Partner, Gilbert Schroeder, served as a program co-chair to the ABA's Fidelity & Surety Law Committee's seminar called Loan Loss Coverage Under Financial Institution Bonds. The program was intended for all professionals involved in the handling of loan loss claims, including insurance company claims representatives and underwriters, banking professionals, attorneys for both claimants and insurers, and consultants.
