Dennis Fitzpatrick Recently Published In The Real Estate Finance Journal

Dennis D. Fitzpatrick , Partner of Clausen Miller PC was recently published in The Real Estate Finance Journal, a Thomson Reuters/ West publication. Their article, entitled "Design Professionals Can Limit Liability for Construction Site Injuries," features Illinois case law regarding the elements of liability for design professionals. It offers a road map designed to avoid being sued and steps that can be taken before, during and after the project to be best prepared for unfortunate circumstances.
