Jim Ferrini Victory In DRI's The Voice

James T. Ferrini was noted in The Voice, DRI's newsletter for a national organization of defense lawyers, for securing "reversal of a plaintiffs' judgment and entry of judgment for defendants as a matter of law in a class action that presented questions of first impression." The Kansas Supreme court rejected the plaintiffs' $80 million stigma damage claim regarding the containment of natural gas within an underground storage facility. You can view the full article here.
