Wilens Nominated For Council On Litigation Management

Clausen Miller P.C. is pleased to announce that Robert E. Wilens has been invited to join the prestigious Council on Litigation Management. The Council is a nonpartisan alliance comprised of thousands of insurance companies, corporations, Corporate Counsel, Litigation and Risk Managers, claims professionals and attorneys. Through education and collaboration the organization's goals are to create a common interest in the representation by firms of companies, and to promote and further the highest standards of litigation management in pursuit of client defense. Selected attorneys and law firms are extended membership by invitation only based on nominations from CLM Fellows.
Mr. Wilens is a partner with Clausen Miller P.C. His practice includes work on first-party property, casualty and subrogation matters. He has worked on complex legal matters throughout the United States, Caribbean and Europe. His subrogation recoveries over the years total more than $50,000,000. He has presented seminars to groups of insurance companies, adjusters risk managers and corporate representatives in the United States and Asia. Mr. Wilens is admitted to practice law in Illinois and Missouri.
