In 1936, Norman Miller, Donald Clausen and Herbert Hirsh opened the doors of what is now Clausen Miller P.C. From the very beginning, the three established the Firm in insurance defense and 75 years later, Clausen Miller P.C. has expanded its status as a leader in this high-stakes insurance business practice.
June 2011 will officially mark the 75th year Clausen Miller has been in business. Growing from three founding partners and three associates to a leading Firm with over 160 attorneys practicing across the globe, Clausen Miller P.C. now represents many of the world's major insurance carriers.
Representative matters include first and third party insurance coverage disputes that arise out of a variety of claims -- business losses, natural disasters, personal injury, professional liability, medical malpractice, toxic torts and more.
