Stern Serves As Co-Chair Of NASP's Litigation Skills Conference

CM Partner Robert A. Stern (New York/New Jersey) served as the Co-Chair for the National Association of Subrogation Professionals 2011 Litigation Skills Conference, held on March 24 and 25, 2011, in San Diego, CA. Mr. Stern with his co-chair and NASP executives created a Conference which was the first of its kind for NASP. The Conference had a single fact pattern that applied to all Track and Sessions, which fact pattern Mr. Stern initially created. The Conference was not simply lectures, but also involved real live demonstrations of a mediation, jury selection and closing arguments. Local residents were used as jurors.
