Clausen to Sponsor 2011 Annual Spring CLE Meeting in Orlando, Florida

Clausen Miller P.C. is a meeting sponsor of this year's Property Insurance Law Committee Annual Spring CLE Meeting, presented by the American Bar Association Tort Trial Insurance Practice Section. The event is titled "Litigation the Catastrophic Property Insurance Claim" and will include such topics as Business Interruption Claims and the Unique Effect of a Catastrophe. Also featured will be Trying Your Catastrophe Claim in the Court of Public Opinion. CM partner Celeste A. Hill will be part of a segment on "Discovery in the Bad Faith Context."
