Cole Kain Co-Chaired ABA Conference - Annotated Commercial Crime Policy

The Fidelity and Surety Law Committee presented Annotated Commercial Crime Policy. The conference was held October 5-6, 2006 at Marriott Wardman Park Hotel in Washington D.C. Clausen Miller partner, Cole Kain, served as co-chair of this conference.
The program consisted of a combination of distinguished speakers who addressed the most important substantive areas of the Commercial Crime Policy, followed by a series of interactive workshops designed for both beginning and experienced claims professionals and practitioners. The program concluded with a distinguished panel discussing many of the issues developed in the workshop and presentations.
