Clausen Miller P.C. Recently Hires Partner Alec M. Barinholtz And Adds Three Associates

Clausen Miller P.C. recently hired Alec M. Barinholtz as Partner to its Irvine, California office and four associates to its Chicago, IL and New York, NY offices.
Mr. Barinholtz concentrates his practice in insurance coverage and litigation. He has represented insurance companies at both the trial and appellate levels in coverage and bad faith litigation involving all types of insurance policies, including general liability, pollution and remediation liability, directors and officers liability, employment practices liability, entertainment risk, healthcare and professional liability policies. Mr. Barinholtz also provides pre-litigation counseling and advice to insurers on complex coverage matters.
Additionally, Clausen Miller recently added associates William Dickinson, Amber Oleson and Mark Sobczak to its Chicago office.
