Clausen Miller Wins Jury Trial

Clausen Miller Chicago attorneys recently obtained a jury verdict in the Circuit Court of Wayne County in Detroit, Michigan involving a multi-million dollar claim by a contractor seeking to recover under a builder's risk policy for damage to a large concrete caisson that was damaged during a construction project. After 6 days of trial, the jury returned a verdict in favor of the insurer after deliberating only 1 hour and 15 minutes. Clausen Miller paralegal Jere Matlock assisted at trial.
