Runoffs, receiverships, follow the fortunes disputes, underwriting disputes, contractual reformation and rescission, and underlying adjustment questions also comprise our reinsurance work.
Working through Clausen Miller Europe, our attorneys have the ability to represent directly the interests pertaining to reinsurance agreements throughout Europe. This international practice has also involved claims in Asia and South America.
