Biography

Ian focuses his practice in all aspects of worker’s compensation claims.  Ian has handled hundreds of worker’s compensation claims and continues to do so on a regular basis.  Ian has handled all aspects of worker’s compensation claims on behalf of various insurers and is regularly in worker’s compensation courts throughout the State of New York. Ian also focuses his practice in the defense of personal injury cases involving premises liability, labor law, automobile and construction site accidents. Prior to joining Clausen Miller, Ian defended a major utility company in personal injury cases involving construction site accidents, premises liability and automobile accidents. Ian also has extensive experience representing defendants in New York State asbestos litigation Ian also successfully litigated eviction proceedings against tenants in New York State for a national self-storage company.

Ian completed his undergraduate studies at the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1997 where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. Ian earned his Juris Doctor from New York Law School in 2001.
