Biography

Jesse is a partner in Clausen Miller’s New Jersey office and concentrates his practice in the areas of first-party property insurance coverage and defense.

Prior to joining Clausen Miller P.C., Jesse gained extensive experience in the areas of first and third-party coverage and defense, general liability, premises liability, automobile liability, dram shop, construction defects, products liability, New York labor law, workers’ compensation and subrogation matters. Jesse has successfully tried several automobile liability actions obtaining favorable jury verdicts on behalf of his clients.

Prior to attending law school, Jesse represented one of the nation’s largest property casualty insurance carriers as a commercial property claims adjuster handling all aspects of first-party commercial property claims. While working as a claims adjuster, he often traveled for catastrophe (“CAT”) duty to assist with the prompt investigation and settlement of property damage claims during several of the nation’s most devastating weather events.
