Megan B. Dyson is an associate based in Chicago advising insurance clients on a variety of litigation and insurance defense matters. She represents clients across a variety of industries, including healthcare, municipalities, hospitality, businesses, and other types of insureds. She defends against claims involving personal injury, professional malpractice, and property damage.
Prior to joining Clausen Miller P.C., Megan was an associate for several Chicago law firms, where she provided client goal oriented legal analysis and prepared pleadings, motions, contracts, correspondence and other documents for insurance defense cases and federal litigation. She also represented clients in a wide range of complex general liability, civil litigation, workers’ compensation, and personal injury matters.
Megan earned her J.D. from the University of Illinois at Chicago School of Law, where she was an active member of the Phi Delta Phi International Law Fraternity and Entertainment & Sports Law Society, as well as a certified mediator for the Center for Conflict Resolution. She graduated with her B.S. in Communication from Millikin University, where she was a STARTSmart mentor and served as Vice President of the Lambda Pi Eta National Communication Fraternity.
