Biography

Morgan is an associate with Clausen Miller, P.C. She defends medical and healthcare malpractice, professional liability, broker/dealer/investment advisor malpractice, premises liability, and personal injury matters. Prior to joining the firm, Morgan gained litigation experience working on matters related to medical malpractice, personal injury, and premises liability.

Morgan graduated from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln in 2017. She received her Juris Doctor from DePaul University College of Law in 2020, where she received a Certificate in Business Law. While in law school, Morgan was on the Dean’s List and earned a CALI Award for receiving the highest grade in her Elder Law class. She spent two years on the Business & Commercial Law Journal where her article “Monsanto: Creator of Cancer Liability?” was chosen to be published.

In her free time, Morgan enjoys cooking and volunteering with PAWS Chicago.
