Stephen R. Stimmler is an associate with Clausen Miller P.C., based in New York, New York.
Prior to joining Clausen Miller P.C., Stephen worked in the Title Department for a New York-based law firm, where he managed a large case load of lender-side default services matters, primarily mortgage foreclosure. He represented clients in over 500 individual court appearances in various courts across New York both virtually and in person for settlement conferences, status conferences, and motion appearances, frequently requiring oral argument before a New York State Supreme Court Justice.
Stephen also has legal experience in real estate, bankruptcy, estate planning and immigration. In addition, he served as a volunteer judicial intern for the Honorable Richard F. Braun in the New York State Supreme Court.
Stephen is licensed to practice law in the State of New York. He obtained his J.D. from the Touro University Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, where he was an active member of the Tort Law Society and participated in the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office Summer Seminar Program. He earned his B.S. in Management from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business.
