Biography

Yousef J. Totah is a partner of the firm’s California office, California, who focuses his practice on defending insurers in a wide variety of matters, including professional liability disputes. Yousef experience brings deep litigation experience in complex general liability, personal injury, premises and construction liability matters. He leverages his background in various disciplines to serve as an agile trial attorney, tailoring solutions to each client and situation in high-stakes matters.

Before joining Clausen Miller, Yousef served as a senior associate at a national litigation firm, where he handled general liability, personal injury and construction litigation on behalf of insurers and insureds. He also has vast experience in business litigation, corporate law and immigration law. Yousef is an avid baseball fan and, outside of the practice of law, he is also a MLBPA-Certified Player Agent, representing professional baseball athletes.

Yousef earned his J.D. at Western State College of Law, where he earned the Distinguished Public Service Award and a Witkin Award for Academic Excellence in Business Law Ethics. Additionally, he was a member of the Business Law Center Symposium. Yousef received his B.S. in Business Administration and Finance from the University of San Francisco.
