Clausen Miller Shareholder and Appellate & Trial Monitoring Practice Group Chair Melinda Kollross recently celebrated a string of wins with appellate partners Mike Raudebaugh and Sandy Kupelian at Hugo’s Frog Bar in Naperville, Illinois. The wins included Melinda’s Illinois Appellate Court victory obtaining a unanimous affirmance in a COVID-19 business interruption claim coverage action on 7/25, Mike’s settling of a first party-property action on very favorable terms moments before starting a key deposition on 7/26, and Sandy joining the Appellate & Trial Monitoring Practice Group on 7/1/2024.
