Clausen Miller Celebrates Four Years in Texas
Four years ago, Clausen Miller opened its office in Texas in Houston. Today, the firm is proud to celebrate that anniversary as well as the addition of offices in Dallas, Fort Worth, Austin and San Antonio, with more to come!
Under the leadership of Shareholder and Managing Partner Ramy Elmasri, the Texas team continues the firm’s tradition of dedicated counsel in insurance defense, coverage, subrogation and appellate work throughout the state.
“Texas doesn’t do things halfway, and neither do we,” Ramy says. “This team goes all in on every case. Four years in, that commitment has built a dedicated staff and a network of clients and peers who trust our counsel.”
President and CEO Dennis Fitzpatrick reflected on the firm’s rapid growth in Texas.
“In addition to our anniversary opening in Houston, we also want to recognize the addition of Scot Doyen and his team of attorneys and staff who joined us in September 2025 and tripled the size of our Texas operations,” Dennis said. “The transition was seamless, and Scot and his team are now integrated into the Clausen Miller family.”
This strategic expansion greatly deepened the firm’s Texas bench, adding a team of skilled litigators with a robust mix of trial proficiency, complex insurance law and commercial litigation capabilities.
