Chelsea concentrates her practice on general liability, products liability, premises liability, professional liability, construction, employment discrimination, commercial litigation and insurance coverage litigation. She has extensive experience in negotiating settlements outside of court as well as seeking resolution for her clients through trial.
Marisa’s focus includes professional liability, real estate litigation, premises liability, products liability, personal injury defense, commercial litigation and general liability matters.
David focuses his practice on general liability, products liability, premises liability, professional liability, construction, employment discrimination, commercial litigation and insurance coverage litigation. He has deep experience in handling all aspects of litigation from beginning to end, including trials, depositions, settlement negotiations, appeals and mediation.
Zach has extensive experience in civil litigation defense, especially in first-party property disputes, in both state and federal courts.
Mitchel concentrates his practice on general liability, professional liability, commercial litigation, employment discrimination and insurance coverage litigation.
