Clausen Miller Welcomes Andrew J. Bush as Partner in Chicago
Clausen Miller is pleased to announce that Andrew J. Bush has joined the firm’s Chicago office as a partner. He counsels clients on insurance defense and professional liability matters. He brings experience handling premises liability, motor vehicle, product liability, construction and trucking matters.
“Andrew’s deep litigation experience allows him to bring valuable insights to our Chicago team,” Shareholder Brian Riordan said. “He has a track record of superior client service, from pre-trial motions through trial and settlement, in complex insurance defense matters.”
Andrew previously practiced as a litigation defense attorney at several Chicago-area firms, securing multiple defense verdicts at both jury and bench trial. He also represented clients in binding and non-binding arbitration.
“Andrew has made an excellent addition to our team of litigators,” CEO and President Dennis Fitzpatrick said. “His experience in the insurance industry and legal know-how will serve our clients well.”
Andrew earned his J.D. from DePaul University College of Law in 2014, where he served as Executive Editor of the Journal of Sports Law and Contemporary Problems. He graduated magna cum laude from Saint Louis University with his B.A. in English.
